Who operates AUREVORA WEATHER

Data used by the app

• the selected city or device location, if permission is granted, for forecasts, radar, routes and alerts;
• voice commands sent to the Android speech-recognition service only when ANA Voice is activated;
• local preferences such as language, places, widgets and visual settings;
• Guardian details entered by you, such as first name, relationship and place, stored locally;
• technical and advertising data that may be processed by Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, such as IP address, app or device identifiers, the advertising identifier, ad interactions and diagnostics, depending on consent and device settings.

AUREVORA does not currently provide its own user accounts and does not request payment-card data.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to provide requested features, remember preferences, support security and diagnostics, meet legal obligations and display advertising. Depending on the context, processing relies on performance of the requested service, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations.

Advertising and consent

The free version may display discreet advertising through Google AdMob. For users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google User Messaging Platform presents applicable choices about ad personalisation and storing/accessing information on the device. You can consent, decline or manage options. If you decline, limited or non-personalised ads may be shown, or no ad may be available.

You can reopen the form from Ad Privacy in the app to change your choice when the option is available for your region and device. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Ad-free option and payments

All AUREVORA features are available in the free version. An optional monthly subscription may be offered to remove advertising without locking any feature. Google Play displays the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play; AUREVORA does not receive or store payment-card details.

Weather providers and third-party services

Forecast, air-quality and place-search requests may send the required place or coordinates, together with connection data, to Open-Meteo. Weather data is attributed to Open-Meteo.com under CC BY 4.0. Maps, speech recognition, Android, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads and device services are subject to their providers' policies.

Retention and control

Local information and preferences remain on the device until changed, app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android backup settings. You can revoke location, microphone and notification permissions in Android. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods.

Website and cookies

The AUREVORA website is static and, as of this policy date, does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details. AdMob consent inside the app is separate from the website.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
